Better deeper sleep!
These tablets help me get a much better deeper sleep. I’m back to buy again!I don’t quite know the science behind it but a few people recommended magnesium for better sleep. These really work for me and I not only feel the results but I can see the stats through my garmin watch sleep score.I also use this make for krill oil, which also work for me.

Cheaper than on their own website
Always come here for these as they are cheaper than Bulk's own website, even when there's a sale on!I take them for relaxation and helps sleep, calm the heart, and apparently we all could do with a bit more magnesium in our system anyway.I think the pills are a bit big to take whole, so I bite them in half and take the 2 halfs. Think you can snap them easily enough in your fingers too.

Good but be aware only 100mg of Magnesium per tablet
Good for people who need to divide their dose throughout the day. Each tablet provides 100mg of Magnesium with the rest being glycine I believe which also can help relieve stress and improve sleep. Overall an okayish percentage of magnesium but like mentioned, good for people who need to divide up their dose throughout the day. Not really value for money if you don't and would suggest other items with a higher magnesium percentage per tablet.

Ladies, this is deffo worth a try
After reading reviews of menopause diet books, I decided to not to bother with the books and bought this magnesium glycinate supplement instead. Thank you lovely Amazon reviewers! I really did not know what to expect, but having taken two pills a day for two weeks I can report the following effects:1. Improved sleep quality - within a few nights I noticed a massive difference as I am a light sleeper and usually find it difficult to get back to sleep once I wake up, but now I am sleeping longer and more deeply2. Reduced anxiety - see above, one of the reasons I sleep badly is insane panic attacks in the night which I had previously put down to perimenopausal hormones3. Reduced brain fog - another supposedly menopausal symptom that has gone away, likely due to unbroken sleep for the first time in years4. PMS and period pain has totally disappeared - I had no clue this would happen but now I've googled it magnesium turns out to be beneficial for monthly breast pain, mood swings, skin breakouts, cramps, the works5. Bloat and gas - the only downside, though I have no other digestive issues with this supplement and it's not going to stop me taking it

I do not recommend.
The packaging raises doubts, the label is visible, it is hand-glued and not very expressive, I think that the supplement is also of poor quality, so I have concerns about this product.

Works well for sleep and muscle aches
I have tried 4 different magnesium supplements so far mainly for insomnia, anxiety, muscle aches and pains, and this one worked best for me. I was buying Magnesium Citrate or Oxide types before but a psychologist told me that Bisglycinate is the best type for sleep and nervous system issues.Sleep has been way better and I wake up less achey, probably because of better muscle recovery. It's also great that you can buy a smaller pack as well to try it out first. Will definitely be buying a bigger pack next time!

Amazing supplement at a bargain price!
I have used Magnesium bisglycinate before, after being recommended it by a naturopath for tension, stress, headaches as well as eczema. I rave about this supplement for all those things. I used to get cramps in my shoulder/neck muscles because of tension, and regular headaches - all gone. I recover better from the gym, and these along with epsom salt (and destressing!) have got my eczema in check. When I first started using it I was recommended Nutri - great brand, but not cheap. Thought I'd try these (after having used some different magnesium compounds in between - no where near as good), and can say that they are working like a charm. Been using them (1 tablet morning and night) for 5 days and can honestly say I have noticed the difference already. And for a fraction of the price of the Nutri. Definitely recommend, and will be buying again!

Love this product! Great value.
I love the bulk products. Ive re-purchased this magnesium 3 times now, I love it. There is a noticeable difference in my sleep quality and stress levels when trying to go to bed. Great price for the amount you get, Usually lasts me a month or so and then I re-purchase it. Best magnesium I have found yet.

There are many different magnesium supplements and their bioavailability can be very different. Really this is telling you about how well your gut absorbs the metal ions. Mg bisglycinate is one of the best. (As long as you avoid Mg oxide, you should be OK.) The rest is cellulose (for bulk) and an anti-caking agent (to help with production: they're inert.
