It is part number SWT-11N17 and model number 11N17 (if you need either one) to be sure you’re getting the correct size for your project. My husband just knows what he needs by sight, so I would guess that is the way most qualified welders are. Since you need to have steady hands and good eyes, knowing the correct part sizes is a good way to be successful and stay safe. This female brass coupler measures 9” x 7” x 1”. It’s a lightweight, less than 2 oz, but made from quality brass to ensure the longevity and durability you need. No one likes or wants to replace faulty components and you will not have to worry about replacing this part. My husband is a welder and he is using this airtight part to go to his argon gas. Welding is a precision based occupation and having the best parts is a necessity. The last thing any welder would want is to leak expensive gases, whether it may be while the welder is or isn’t in use. Rather than running a long hose from my Argon regulator I attached a short extension piece of hose so I didn't need to mount my large bottle on my Tig cart. The fitting works great and it made with actual solid brass that's precisely machined. Good quality for the price.
