Great replacement
Our old corner cupboard lazy susan shelf had cracked. This was over 30 years old. This replacement was an exact fit, and fairly easy to install. Would purchase again.

NOT Easy to Install
It says it takes 15 minutes to install. It took me 3 hours and then, after endless adjustments and youtube video suggestions, I took it apart, for the 3rd and final time and returned it. I just couldn't get it to turn properly, once it was up. It would hit the back, the doors were wonky, the shelves were super difficult to adjust the height and getting the doors on was super quirky, no matter what I did. I used to build houses for a living and am a better than average fixit guy. These things beat me.*UPDATE - 1 star changed to 4. I literally had a dream the night before I was planning on returning this thing. In the dream, I learned all the quirks of adjusting this thing so it turns properly when installed. Today, I gave it another try and got it working. Only took an hour. It holds a lot of weight, just like the one it replaced. The main things to be wary of, is the middle pole needs to be perfectly centered in the cabinet. That's not necessarily following the paper guide they include. Use it, but check for center. Measure, measure, measure. Even after ensuring it was centered, I still had to unattach the top bracket and move it a 1/4 inch after setting the whole thing up. One side of the door was hitting the framing of the cabinet. They need a top and bottom bracket that gives at least a 1/2 inch adjustment. Without that, your only option is to unscrew and rescrew, which is not easy after you've already got it installed in an existing cabinet. Re-screwing also lessens the screwing options in the future. Hopefully, this one will last 18 years like the last one did. One other thing that helped me was not worrying about getting the exact height of each shelf. Just eyeball it and screw new holes in the cabinet doors. Makes it way easier. If you plan on putting this in yourself, have patience, expect failure and be persistent. It's possible to put it in yourself. I gave up too early and was willing to pay 1K for a cabinet guy. I suppose you could make about 8K per day, just putting in lazy susans. Ha!

Went in, Worked well, It replace a dissimilar broken old unit in an old non-standard cabinet
Took an hour to pack tools and three hours on site to install. That probably included time to shovel 3 inches of snow off a single wide driveway and walks. My daughter had removed the old unit and vacuumed the cabinet prior to my arrival. I washed the old cabinet first. The cabinet was home made and the templates were not usable. I was able to pick up center on the lower attachment from the old units hardware and screw holes. Tried the same on the top mount but there were many holes. (My daughter had removed the old unit prior to my arrival.) After initial install, I had to move the top bracket screws and move the bracket a few times to get the door to align with the frame. All and all, it aligned ok and worked as designed. We will see how it holds up. I will update this report in 25 years. If I'm not dead.

A bit difficult to install for the first time but very nice quality!
This was a direct replacement for the existing lazy susan we had in our kitchen. It was a perfect fit and looks great. It is a bit of a learning curve installing one for the first time but well worth the effort.

It’s ver difficult to install
While I love the materials, it’s a very difficult install and while it’s in there and I’m using it, the lazy susan is no longer lazy. The fit is terrible and it rubs on the cabinet sides. The instructions were easy to understand and we knew HOW to install it, it just would never line up properly.

Directions were clear and unit is solid when properly assembled.
The media could not be loaded. The unit performs as advertised. I'm an engineer so the instructions made total sense. This is a new install in progress with framed raised panel doors.Top and bottom frames aren't installed yet in the photos but everything still had to be square and level. Using measurements in the guide the gaps are even and the unit rotates freely. Properly tightened the grub screws secure the shelfs for height and alignment. I made my doors attached together before installing so there really isn't any slip or play, weight on the shelves will not be a concern.

I can’t imagine not having one in my kitchen cabinet
Perfect, very easy to install if you had seen and used one before. Center the base first and then fix the top, done. The plan is too complicated.
