I got this shower system a few days ago, and I’m seriously impressed. The water pressure is perfect, and the rainfall showerhead provides a smooth, even flow that feels amazing. I was also impressed by the handheld sprayer—it’s just as powerful as the overhead one, so I can get targeted pressure whenever I need it. My contractor set the valve a bit too deep during installation, so I had to reach out to the seller for help. They were super patient and walked me through the process, then sent me the extra parts I needed. The problem was solved quickly and easily. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Looks good, it's been over a year still works good

This was installed as part of our home remodel in January 2024, we are June 2025 and the cartridge inside has completely melted away. We have to invest $3000 to cut the tiles, and change the valve altogether as this is NON SERVICEABLE.Please do not do the same mistake and invest a few more dollars in a proper equipment.Extremely disappointed and obviously no way to contact the manufacturer.
