I have a 6 month old lhasa apso mix and he enjoys the car but is very curious and can't relax. It's almost impossible to take him out by myself because of how he acts in the car. He has a pet carrier but i don't like keeping him locked up because it's dark and he cries. These seat belts are just what I needed. I tried them out for the first time today and it was great! He had freedom to roam just enough but also couldn't bother me while I drove. They buckle right into your belt and then hook on to the dogs harness/collar. It also came with a free collapsible bowl which is one of those things I never knew I needed until I got it. I usually give my dog water by pouring from a bottle into my hand and letting him drink. This is actually perfect for that. I can clip it on the leash and pour into the bowl.

I love this idea! I was skeptical at first that it wouldn't click in right, but nope it works perfectly. I have two small dogs that want nothing more than to sit in my lap when I drive. I know it isn't safe and for this reason I only take them out when it for the vet or groomer, but now I can take them for rides more often. I can feel safe about them in the car. It clicks in and out just like a seat belt. The clip goes perfect on their collar and it has enough give that they don't feel confined, but not enough to roam. I also like the small water bowl. I don't have one in my car of emergencies and I should so now I do. Love everything about this!

This set is really durable and very long lasting!We have had this for a little more than a year, now, and (while our little guy has made a few attempts at bringing the leash to justice with trial-by-teeth) the leash and bowl still functions the just as well as they should.

We have used these seat belts for our new puppy since I received them. They were incredible easy to use. You just buckle it into your stationary seat belt and and attached the other end to you dogs vest. I also suggest you always use a vest and not a collar when your dog is in the car. It also came with a small, light weigh, pop-out dog bowl. I always use it when I go to the dog park. Thanks folks! Good deal.

very handy. wish i'd gotten them sooner. keeps the dogs in the back while im driving. this isnt a true restraint bc they can still move around, but i think it would keep the dogs in the car in case of a collision. meant to used with harnesses!!! you'll choke your dog if you only use a collar. warning, a few times while they've been moving around to look out the windows, one will step on the seat belt button and it disengages, all in all a handy product

This is exactly what I was hoping for! They are made out of seat belt material, so they are very sturdy. It does keep my dog in place, so it's taken away the stress of worrying about her being injured. It's nice that they come in a two pack, so I don't have to move from one car to the other. Easily connect to seatbelt! Love it!!

These arrived quickly and now I can keep one in each vehicle. The quality is excellent, after I was rear ended recently, with out Bandit in the car.I knew I had to get seat belt leashes for our cars.
