Great product, especially for the cost. What I found most helpful is the support. They always seem to respond back to my messages relatively quickly as well as having videos for all of or should I say most of the functions. I have used this for three installs and will definitely recommend.

I have been working in the access control industry installing as a technician for over 10 years. I purchased this system solely because it was easily accessible and cost effective through Amazon. I was a little skeptical but in all honesty, this system operates and performs just as well as large scale commercial access control systems. I specifically wanted the keypads with the system to incorporate multi card function to create a dual authentication for access. Inside this package I ordered was everything I needed. I was incredibly relieved to find the most helpful user guides I've ever encountered accessible through the links in the manuals. Everything was straightforward and was so masterfully detailed in all of the instructions. I have deep respect for the guy who put this together because he knows what he was doing and took pride in setting this system up. All questions I had were answered within the manual with no hiccups. I am very satisfied with this, it's amazing that so much is included for the price in terms of equipment. I will be purchasing again for future installs.

Great product, pretty easy to install. i mean, I am no technician, and did it my self.Works great, has great features.When I was stuck with the fact I could not open the doors remotely, I decided to contact the seller via the support e-mail, and even though there is a 12 hour difference between where I live and the support team, I got a pretty quick reply and was guided to the videos I needed to see in order to fix the situation.Thank you very much BRs/Wood Chen.Hubert

I am replacing my older 1 door system with a new 2 door system, so I am familiar with installation of this. The problem is that they do not reference the no touch exit button at all in the instructions. I watched the video installation guide and they don't tell how to wire it. There are 5 wires in the button and 4 are being used. Fortunately there is a link to go online to see the wiring diagram. Why can't they just bite the bullet and GIVE YOU DETAILED WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS instead of making you go online and search for them? I was able to talk to Amazon tech support for other issues and they resolved my problem but even THEY couldn't find this. Kudos to Amazon's tech help, however! They're GREAT!

The product did what they advertised it to do . It was easy to setup and I got good support on how to programme the system. Just read the instructions carefully. It have so many features to track employermovement on the job. To time restrict the passcodes or swipe cards, to limit code to one door etc.You can also place a photograph of the person with the passcode or card in the programming.

I had a special set up required for my mag lock. I contacted Tech Support and received the answer as to how to set up per my requirements. Clear answers with pictures to show more detail. Very happy with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone needing a magnetic lock set up to buy from these guys.
