As a document examiner, this has been one of the best magnifiers I’ve used. Has a scale so you can measure and UV light to see extra details!

Good Illuminated Magnifier
As an illuminated magnifier it is very good and is sturdy and effective. It does not take long to charge. However, the UV leds do not illuminate watermarks on stamps if that is of interest to you. (Neither do the ordinary leds.)

I got this to look at my stamps it’s great does what is says really pleased oppress does what the moreexpenivedo only a bit cheaperprply not for the pros but is prefect for my needs recharging model full marks looking At stamps is clear and brite very happy iwould recommend to anyone that needs to see something small for hobby prefect

Focus wrong
Upside:Solidly built, glass optics. Lighting OK.Downsides:1) Place it on a surface, the image is out of focus. I had to add a 5mm spacer underneath to fix this. Variable focus might help but this is just not good enough.2) 30x magnification? In someone's dreams. My old 'passive' (no lighting) 10x magnifier is almost as good.
