I have been using my Philips Sonicare toothbrush for 9 years. After the brush stopped working i decided to buy this toothbrush to see if the reviews did justice to the price that was paid. This toothbrush is a lot cheaper than the branded ones. The feel and quality of the toothbrush is good but cant say the same about the performance. The 5 functions available only changes the vibrating pattern. There are no intensity levels as such one cannot adjust the vibrating speed. One does not get the clean teeth feeling and sometimes debris is left between the teeth. In spite of the quality built the lack of intensity settings limits the toothbrush to leave up to the mark. Buy a toothbrush with intensity settings if you are care for your dental well being.

Although I have not used it, so can’t comment on that part- the package was sealed when it arrived but pars were missing. I only received 4 replacement brushes and no charging box or plug. I also received a random cable which does not belong to the device
