The Gold Standard of Hand Grippers
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using these for a few years now, and they’re as good as it gets. The quality is outstanding, and they’re well worth the price. I started with the Sport level and now have the No. 1 and No. 2 as well, and each one offers a strong, reliable challenge. They’ve helped me significantly improve my grip strength at the gym and have even alleviated my RSI. No other grippers I’ve tried compare in terms of quality and durability. Highly recommend.

Perserverance Necessary
Warning. These grippers are extremely tough. In retrospect I should have started with the No. 1s. I bit off just slightly more than I could chew. I can curl over 30kg (single arm), and so I thought I'd be able to skip a step. Wrong!However after two weeks I am just about acheiving a close! The quality of the grippers is first rate. They are finely milled, knurled, and crafted from rugged materials.This is an excellent product and it is plain to see that once you are able to complete your sets with this you will have a powerful grip. Well made
Good strong materials and build, should certainly last. Can feel uncomfortable due to the steel but that could be subjective. May be a bit overpriced but still useful for what they are.

Best grippers around!
They are an amazing grip strength tool, harder than you think if you have only been used your dad's grippers,!Many of my friends and family have been humbled by the captain's of crush #2 gripper, me included!! Just about close it after two months hard training. If you're serious about grip, invest in one, or a couple of these!

Gold standard for most grip enthusiasts
Ordered from Vallhalla fitness. Had some shipping issues which they worked very hard to fix. Great company and I would use them again.Fantastic grippers. Generally regarded as the gold standard until you get up to the level of the absolute freaks closing big mash monsters. Even people who train with other brands use CoC as a benchmark to gauge progress.I started being able to close the #1 and #1.5 with both hands. So I’m waiting on a 2 to arrive as a goal gripper.If you lift weight already I’d start with the 1 and skip the lower resistances.There are cheaper brands available and you should use them to “fill the gaps” between Captains of Crush. I’d recommend getting these first

The starting point
It’s very well made. The sport model is easy to close and for me this is a warm up gripper before moving onto the harder models. The trainer which is the next one up is considerably tougher to close.
