Purchased this Vanilla Flavoured Ikonfit diet meal replacement shake as not shifted the post pregnancy weight. I've never used such a product. Went to measure first shake, using 250ml water and 55gms powder, but the scoop is a 30gms measure. Completely thrown by this, so looked at scoop to see if markings, no. Plus the measurement on the scoop is in ml. Luckily my baby food scoop was 5gms so was able to make an accurate shake.Once made its lovely not artificial flavour. I like to leave for five minutes after shaking to thicken up a bit, otherwise I feel sick after drinking it. Somedays I'm full up, others I'm really hungry but I think my body's getting used to it. So I've had this for a week and no lapses yet.

My wife enjoys using these shakes from time to time and decided to buy two packs for use in the coming weeks and for after Christmas. Really disappointed to find that the use by dates were only a few weeks away. Looked at returning one of them but will cost too much to return. I like these products, I have not lost loads of weight but I am losing small amounts weekly and seem to be losing the fat , i can tell by my trousers getting easier to fit into. I only lose small amounts because i only swap 1 meal a day as i dont eat breakfast. These taste great and are not too sweet.

Shake tastes great! Is filling for a few hours, do tend to have a healthy snack to tide me over.Only problem i have found is that when i leave my shake for 5/10 minutes, it begins to turn a grey colour, which is worrying! is this normal for the shake to turn grey? I had the Vanilla flavour

Bought before in sachets and they were nice, however quite bland flavour this time

Ok . Slightly watery tasting compared to some meal shakes . Might be good if you only use it as a boost between meals

I have been on the Chocolate shake for a week and have definitely found that it leaves me feeling full and have had no need to snack in between shakes. It mixes well and tastes great.
