Q: Where are the instructions please

The bottle has printed message that it is a strong thinner and brush cleaner. For paint thinning I have found it excellent the amount is largely dependant on the ability of the user. For brush cleaning there is no better although turps substitute can give a good result as long as cleaning after is followed by soaping with warm water and detergent.

Q: Once it has been used to the point where you can’t use it effectively anymore how do you dispose of it?

I have just kept mine as its quite expensive of what you get. You never know when it may come in useful again.
