This is a must have if you are using it for a work from home situation. Very clear mute button, but every now and then when pressing the mute you can hear a pop.Love the auto answer feature. If only it had sound amplification built in!!

I was skeptical about this headset combo because it's not from one of the major telecom manufacturers, but it's good. The headset is comfortable and adjustable enough, and the keypad works as stated. No serious complaints!

Horrible headset, lots of static and very hard to hear anything with volumes up all the way. I wish I could return this product, as I wasn't able to really use it to find out it's so bad until after the closing date of returns.

Called customer service tried everything and nothing would make this work, and the volume is not on the headset it is on the handheld dial pad so even if the headset worked it was so quiet no one understood me and I couldn’t raise it!

Tried using this for my phone at work and it didn't work. Maybe I was doing somethwing wrong on my end, but I don't think I can fully review it too thoroughly.

Words are clear enough but the static is irritating.
