It takes some getting used to, but these have helped me breath better and smoke less. I'd highly recommend giving them a try. They are so cheap if you don't like them then you have no hard feelings about giving them to a friend. So far me, my boyfriend and my aunt all have been using them and we are very happy we started. They can be used 2 to 4 time depending on how heavy you suck when smoking. My aunt smokes gently and uses them 4 times. I smoke heavy and use them 2 times each, sometimes 3 times.

Once I saw how much tar was coming out with these filters, I don't smoke without them. I even share them with others who didn't know these filters existed and they thank me for turning them on to it. I also noticed I'm breathing better after the first week of using them. I put some in my car and leave the rest at home so I always have them with me. Maybe the next best thing to quitting.

UPDATE!! - I contacted the seller regarding my order. They responded almost immediately & are sending me a replacent at no cost. This 6 hole filter is the only type that I have ever found to work & I have been purchasing them for many yrs from this seller. Very happy to know there are still a few companies out there that actually care about their customers./I've been purchasing these for years from this seller long before they started their Amazon store & have been very happy, BUT my current order has been atleast 70% duds. One after the other- completely plugged. I am so disappointed & may have to look elsewhere

There are cheaper out there that do the exact same thing and work a lot better.

Don't waste your money on a "good deal" just buy Niko Stop, costs more but you get what you pay for. 1 out of 2 of these filters are totally plugged, you can't blow air or draw air through most of them so you end up throwing away one after the other, making it the worst "deal". 6 tiny holes in these, Niko has 5 larger holes, just works better. Thought I'd try them because of the price. Sorry I did. The other brand never plugs. Won't be buying these again.

I have been using this product for some years now and they are the best best value for the money and also in the past I've tried other ones that did not work we're too hard to smoke cigarette but these filters list I believe 6 holes in filter this is the number that is perfect. They're good for about five or six cigarettes in the winter and summertime tar will suck up pretty quick you don't want to get that tar on your tongue. Great product Update Apr 5 2025 quality of filters have gone downhill. Last shipment lot of the filters I could smoke 10 cigarettes and it would barely fill it tar. Wrote to seller about them being defective. They said they were going to resend being another shipment of them but ended up sending me the wrong ones a different brand they sell. So they ended up crediting my money back. The ones they sent Nic out barely filtered and was breaking in half in between smoking. So I will be buying another brand this time. I have use this brand for years but it's sadly they have gone down in quality.

I was smoking at least two packs a day when I got these a couple of weeks ago. The first few I used two or three times and the gunk bugged me. (happy said gunk not in my lungs) So I started using them one time. They make me think about what I am doing. When going out I would put filters on x amount of cigs I thought I would smoke. At home I open a pack and filter every single one of them and put in a cup. Yesterday I only smoked one pack of cigarettes. Unheard of for me. I have not taken anybodies head off, not cranky. My morning cough is gone. Just set up the pack for the day and see how low can I go. Have ordered more filters.
