First, I was impressed with the careful packaging. It was padded and shrink wrapped to ensure everything was included and in perfect condition.Note they include some extra screws. It was fairly easy to put together except the door... In the instructions it is 2 pieces (Step 1), but it comes as one piece, so I kept thinking something was missing. Once I figured it out all was good. Also there are no words so it takes some figuring out.I put the cutlery drainer basket on the inside, because I didn't want it draining onto the countertop.The door is nice to obscure the drying dishes, and the extra top shelf can handle a lot of weight so I'm able to store some heavy appliances like my crock pot, but it would also be perfect for a plant shelf for kitchen herbs.I read reviews and compared a ton of these over the sink style drainers, and I'm happy I chose this one. It wasn't the cheapest but it is sturdy, real magnetic stainless steel, and looks nicer than a lot of others.I included before and after pictures of my kitchen sink area, as well as the excellent packaging for reference.

Very sturdy and love that I have more counter space!

My rack seems to be missing one of the boards/panels. Maybe it has the wrong instructions - I don't know. What I do know is that I had to skip step 1 because I didn't have both A and B. This frustration is compounded by the fact that none of the pieces were labeled with numbers or letters. In most cases, it's possible to figure it out, but not with step 1 for me. I assembled the rest of the rack and just have that loose piece with the door handle and assorted hardware that I don't know what to do with. The instructions are a little rushed, and maybe if they added a written explanation, people could figure it out. It took about half an hour to put the rest of the rack together. I put it in my kitchen and used it, and it works fine. That's why I have mixed feelings. Assembly was a pain, and I guess I'm not installing the door, but the rack is functional without it.
