The sparrows love it!!
I bought this as we have a lot of gold finches where I live and they are the only bird I've never been able to get to feed from my garden, so I figured proper food just for them was the way to go.They still don't feed from my garden (but will happily tease me by chowing down on the grubs from my neighbours tree less than 4 feet away from the feeders) however the sparrows are more-than-happy to eat it for them and I've gone from having 1 or 2 sparrows each day to around 30 that flit in-and-out constantly.The biggest issue with this though it that the seed is not "no grow" and so under the feeders I am forever pulling out grasses and bits where they've dropped from the feeder and sprouted. Luckily the birds eat it too quick for it to grow inside the feeder but I would think this could be an issue if your birds aren't quite so greedy as ours.

Birds love it
Well I haven’t tasted this myself so this review is based on the fact that the birds in my garden stuff this in their beaks as fast as possible and in quantities, which I take to be a sign they like it, hence the good review. Being scoffed by goldfinches, sparrows, robins, blue tits, great tits and anyone else who can get their beak into the feeder.
