I love Goorin bros hats. The hat is beautiful but I have to give one star because I have ordered this hat TWICE and both times it has come dented. I have ordered Goorin hats from Amazon before and on all three previous orders, the hat was shipped in a box to preserve its shape. I don’t understand why they keep shipping this hat in a sleeve. Please do better Amazon & Goorin! I am wasting my time and money going to UPS returning an item for a reason out of my control. For a $50 hat, you should ensure it is shipped in the appropriate packaging. SMH
