Arrived bent...packaging not good
I bought one of these after seeing them in a friend's house in the US...(I am in England). They are very useful, especially for keeping sash windows open and flies out. It arrived quite quickly, but was packaged in cardboard and the frame was bent. I might be able to have it repaired. I paid about $20 for it...but it was shipped from the US. It is rather small for regular sized sash windows, but I do have a smaller window I will use it for.

Good but buy two if you're using it for indoor cats
Perfect for our purposes. As someone said it is not very safe if you use it to keep the cat inside. We decided to buy two of them and create a double layer. This seems to work well so far - would definitely suggest if you have indoor cats and your window frame can take two pieces.
