Pecron customer service contacted me today
After reading through our emails Pecron and myself, customer service contacted me and said that they had misunderstood what I was trying to say, they let me know that they wanted satisfied customers that were happy with their products along with their customer service department, what they decided that they wanted to do for me was very generous and exceeded what I was expecting so when these youtube channels you are watching for reviews of this product say the product is good and that their customer service is excellent you can take our word for it.

Don't get Solar Pannel Combo
The included solar panels don’t have much support at the folding hinges and rely on plastic, so it’s best to set them up with two people. Lifting any one panel can cause the others to bend and crack at the folds.Despite that, the battery itself is the best bang for the buck and works great. When I first received it, there were some annoying issues with the SOC, but they didn’t affect the performance or capability.With the 4x 200W included solar panels (which cost $956 on sale if you were to buy separately), the max I was able to produce was 622W under perfect conditions. On normal sunny days, I cam reliably charge the EP1500LFP at 475-500W. However, if you go to The JNN store, they have 4x 200W bifacial solar panels that actually produce more than advertised and cost $655 - and that's not even with it on sale.Overall, this setup is excellent for car camping since UPS mode isn’t needed. The DC Type C and Type A ports are pretty loose and wiggle around a lot. On the plus side, the battery is very quiet under max load. I’m happy with it despite a few annoying issues with the SOC.
