Scooter runs well, easy to control and, handle wire needs to be easier to tuck
The media could not be loaded. I really loved this scooter so I also got it for my cousin who just started college. He actually really loves this scooter so far. I will say that this scooter is not faster than the ones you rent on the street but it still runs pretty well. It is not a big size scooter so it is easy to store in your dorm room or apartment which is what my nephew does. The handle height cannot be adjusted and therefore can make it a bit uncomfortable for some riders who may not like the height of the handle bar. The scooter is well packaged and spaced so you do not have to worry about it being damaged but I would say be careful when removing the scooter from the box. When assembling it, be very careful of the wires from the handle to the rest of the scooter. Although the wires are thick, it is something you could break off if you yank it too hard so just careful when taking the handle part off or out of the box. It was also a bit hard to tuck the cable into the shaft of the scooter. I was worried about clipping the wires so I would say just careful not to push the handle on the cable. The wheels are not bad and pretty big so I do not have to worry about the bottom of the scooter hitting the bottom on certain bumps. They work well on the side walk and streets for the most part. In terms of replacement, I am not entirely sure what to replace the wheels with in the future when they wear down. I would say try not to drag the scooter on the wheels if possible. I have not had issue with rocks or anything getting caught between the wheel and the frame. The wheels have not worn down too much and the rims of the wheel as solid. My cousin has not had issues with it breaking from bumps and such. The shock absorbance is okay but you still feel it when you are riding on the scooter unfortunately on the handle bars. The bottom is made of solid piece to protect the electronics and battery. I am not entirely sure how waterproof this scooter is but from normal scratches and scuffs, it is something that can take some abuse. Regardless, I would always avoid places where your scooter can get caught on the bottom. The lights are not best light but they work for late night rides around campus. The lights are directional but you cannot adjust it in terms of position. It is a part of the controls on the top such as powering the scooter on and off and such. The controls are not too difficult to learn and pretty straight forward. There is just the usual brakes, acceleration, and light control. The handle bar position does not really able to attach those phone holders. You can collapse the scooter for easy storage or to carry around if you need to but this is still a heavy scooter so it is not something that can carry around long term but for my nephew he can take it into class and leave it on the side of his desk. Back to the handle bars. They are solid and easy to grip. The grips have not worn down or anything but careful when leaving this in the sun because that can cause the material to crack or stick to your hand. I am not sure if the handles can be replaced. I would only really suggest one person riding this at a time. It only has space for one. The actual padding allows for a good grip on the scooter so you are not sliding when you brakes and such. The brakes on this is not bad but you still can use the back brakes like any scooter. The only thing is that it does wear down the back tire so try not to use it too often and use the normal handle brakes of possible. The assembly is not too difficult. It is pretty much just installing the handle bar and putting the handle up to lock it. As stated before, be careful with the wire when putting them down into the main shaft. The application is not too hard to learn but my cousin does not really have much use for the application for himself. The speed on this is not bad. It travel at a decent speed but not as fast as rental scooters. Overall the scooter works decently and has helped my cousin get around the campus quickly and easily. It is not too hard to use and is easy to control/maneuver. He is pretty happy with how it runs and it is a good low end scooter to have if you want to have a motor scooter. The battery life give you a good amount of miles, but the recharge does takes a few hours. It will not run with the device plugged in other than if you manually push the scooter. The scooter charger does get warm so do not put this under anything that can retain heat. It is a power brick so just keep it somewhere cool when plugged in. The wheels are nice, but I am unsure what to replace them with in the future. It is safe to ride but again I am just not a fan of the wires. I feel like they are easy to get caught on something but they are thick so they are most likely really durable

Sleek, eco-friendly and powerful electric Scooter
The UP12 Electric Scooter is a sleek, eco-friendly, and efficient mode of transportation designed to offer both convenience and fun for urban commuting. With its stylish design, solid build quality, and solid performance, this scooter caters to those looking for an affordable, eco-conscious alternative to cars or public transport.Features:Speed and Power: The UP12 Electric Scooter is powered by a 250W motor which provides enough oomph to reach speeds of up to 15.5 mph (25 km/h). It’s ideal for quick city commuting or short-distance travel. Whether you’re heading to work, school, or simply exploring your neighborhood, the scooter delivers a smooth and consistent ride.Battery Life: Equipped with a 36V lithium battery, the UP12 offers a range of 15-20 miles on a single charge, depending on riding conditions, weight, and terrain. This range is suitable for daily commutes and short trips. The charging time is also relatively quick, typically taking around 4-6 hours to fully charge the battery.Design and Build: The scooter features a lightweight, foldable design, making it easy to store and carry when not in use. With a maximum weight capacity of 220 lbs (100 kg), it’s sturdy and can accommodate most riders comfortably. The anti-slip footboard ensures a firm grip, even in wet or slippery conditions.Wheels and Suspension: The 8.5-inch rubber tires provide decent shock absorption, ensuring a smooth ride even on uneven surfaces. However, the UP12 doesn’t come with a full suspension system, so it’s better suited for paved roads and smooth paths rather than rough terrains.Braking System: The dual braking system (electric brake in the front and disc brake in the rear) offers reliable stopping power, giving riders confidence in stopping quickly and safely when necessary.Smart Features: The scooter comes with an LED display, which shows important information such as speed, battery life, and mode selection. Additionally, it has a smart app (for compatible models) that allows you to track your ride, monitor speed, and lock your scooter remotely.Performance:The UP12 Electric Scooter performs admirably for its price range. The 250W motor delivers enough power for smooth acceleration and speeds that make urban commuting a breeze. It’s not the fastest or most powerful scooter on the market, but it strikes a perfect balance for everyday use, especially for those who don’t need to travel long distances or tackle steep hills. The battery life is decent and should easily last for daily short commutes, though the range can decrease with additional weight or on hilly terrain. The charging time is fairly quick, making it convenient for overnight recharging.

Smooth, Fast, and Reliable Ride
I've been commuting with this scooter for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer. The 350W motor gives it enough power to handle moderate hills, and hitting speeds up to 19 MPH feels surprisingly smooth. The 8.5" solid tires mean I don’t have to worry about flats, and the double braking system adds an extra level of safety. Love the app feature too—it’s super convenient for checking battery life and ride stats and This scooter is exactly what I needed for my 6-mile daily commute. It's portable and folds easily, so I can bring it on public transport. The battery lasts long—I usually only charge it every 3 days. I’m impressed with how responsive the brakes are, and the solid tires have handled city streets and sidewalks with ease. Definitely worth the investment and I wasn’t expecting such a quiet motor—it’s practically silent! The scooter is sleek and minimalist in design, which I love. It's fast enough to get places quickly but not too fast to feel unsafe. Battery range has been accurate to the advertised 20+ miles. Also, solid tires are a big plus—no flats to worry about.
