This travel kit is very spacious and allows me to fill it with all the items I need for travel, I haven't tried it yet but I think this bag would definitely meet your requirements.

Can it hold regular size shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles?

This is smaller than the double zip ones so you might be able to fit 2 of them but that’s it.
