Bought this a second time after leaving the first on a plane. Absolute lifesaver for dealing with sciatica while sitting on a plane or in a car for long periods. It's portable, can be deflated and inflated quickly, and it straps on for convenience. I do prefer the new buckle from the old fold over mechanism.

This incredi-belt didn't work for me. The inflation bubble is huge. It is about the size of a racket ball and it just sits at your side and rubs against your arm. It is super uncomfortable.Why isn't the belt longer so the pump can be more towards the front of your body where it doesn't get in the way of your arms trying to rest at your side? Also, the plastic clip is massive. I see no reason why it needs to be so bulky.Also, it really isn't customizable as far as the firmness. You have to inflate it fully for it to be useful. If you deflate it to make it less firm, as soon as you lean back and put pressure on it, the air pushes out to the sides making it go flat in the middle leaving you with no lumbar support. (Just imagine laying on a flat air mattress as the air goes out to the sides leaving you touching the hard floor underneath). So it is all or nothing when it comes to how much you inflate it.Ultimately it is a great idea but needs some work. I returned it.

Great product and an even better company!I ordered this from Amazon and received the wrong item. I re-ordered it and again received the same wrong item. I then emailed Cabeau directly and received the correct item in 2 days. I'm still waiting for Amazon to process my refund (initiated July 2nd, it is now Aug 18th).I used this for a road trip from Wisconsin to the West Coast (5000+ miles) and it literally saved my back. I'm 5'11", 220 lbs and was in the back seat of a Mazda CX-5 for most of this trip. This is BY FAR the best back-saving/support device I have ever purchased. Its infinite adjustability makes it worth its weight in gold.I would give it - and the Cabeau company - more stars, if it was possible.Bravo, Cabeau!

Received a brand new unit and was excited to use it during 10-16 hour flights overseas.The bladder was easy to put on, easy to adjust, and easy to inflate. I have a bad back and airplane seats are not known for comfort. This inflatable lumbar cushion exponentially improved comfort throughout my long flights, but seemingly developed a leak or failed to maintain a proper seal at the release valve and the unit slowly deflated on its own, subsequently reducing my overall comfort and I ended up removing it after several attempts to reinflate it for the duration of the long flights. It just kept going flat, leaving me disappointed and uncomfortable. Nevertheless, it’s an otherwise great product. There’s nothing else like it available and I would still recommend it if you can get one to work properly.

I purchased this for my dad who suffers from scoliosis. He has a decent chair at home, but when he travels in a vehicle, or sits in a chair at another location, his back pain tends to get worse.He said that this helps him in the vehicle when he is traveling. It offers support while he is driving and when he gets to a location where he's in a chair without good lumbar support. It is deflatable and can be easily stored in a travel pouch that came with the item for when he isn't using it.The product was relatively inexpensive when you factor in the benefits that he received from it.
