Brilliant product. My son started walking more normally within minutes. Was quoted hundreds of pounds for indivually made orthotics, but these have proved to be very effective.

The best foot orthotics I've tried yet! Straight away I felt the difference in using the Spine Aligners compared to other cheap insoles i've used in the past. The quality really shows in this product, the moulding keeps the feet in the correct position so effectively that whilst using the product you can hardly tell you have the insole inside the shoe, it's that comfortable! I have flat foot, so sometimes I get aches and pains in the feet because of it. Since using the Spine Aligners, i've not noticed any pain at all

I have suffered with bad stiffness across the shoulders and neck and have tried lots of gadgets on the market. Within a day, these had significantly reduced my pain and I have since bought 3 more pairs for other shoes. An amazing difference and couldn’t recommend enough if you are suffering discomfort.

OK, as a bit of background I've broken my knee 3 times over the past few years and as a result my leg is buckling and out of alignment. Because of this I've now also developed acute tendonitis in the achilles, and I've been getting bad backache after a day at work. I'm down for a knee replacement in a couple of months, but in the meantime it's gotten quite painful to walk what with the combination of the knee/achilles/back pain. I googled a few things and read up all about how realigning the leg will help with pain and posture (something the specialists I've seen have never bothered mentioning....), and to cut a long boring story short thought I'd give these arch supports a try. After all, they're only £30. I've now been wearing them a week, and am pleased to say that I've noticed a significant reduction in pain in the knee, tendon, and back.There is a review here on Amazon saying not to buy these as they "Seems like an efficient way to break your ankles so be careful!". I really can't disagree more with this. It's not like they are 6" platform soles.......you would have to be a total melt to mess up your ankle with these, as they provide very steady and stable support.So, for me these aligners seem to have worked, and I will now probably buy a couple more pairs for my other shoes.
