Great Flooring

Double-Layer is unique... great for home gyms...
I've bought and used only 1 layer home gym padding similar size to this but in single layer format. This has two layers which I think is definitely an upgrade. Good rubber top to protect not only your floor from the workout equipment, but also easy on your body parts... 1 big difference with this is that it actually protects in case of sweats or accidental spills from sport drinks.... That's a very very big plus vs my older type where it's mostly foam and have a very thin rubber layer... HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Good enough
Does it's job, and does it well enough. Not super thick, but does help protect the floor, as well as your gear. It also makes it easier on your knees. Easy enough to put together, not difficult to move around on, looks decent, and generally does it's job so you can focus more on just working out.

Not the cheap foam flooring
This isn't the cheap low density foam tiles they try to pass off as exercise flooring a lot. These are very dense, thick rubber tiles that can hold up to serious abuse. I put them down under and around my squat rack and they have held up good to plates and bars being dropped way more often than they should, and I haven't seen any damage at all. Very good price for them too so no complaints from me.

Good product
These are great! I've used them in my garage to put my workout equipment on. They were a bit of a puzzle to put together. Ha. But they are really nice and cover a good area.

Comfortable Flooring
This set of interlocking flooring looks and feels great. It connects well, though there is a certain pattern that only allows for interlocking in a specific way. Its easy to put together, however, and simple to clean, as its nice and flat without any real grooves on the tiles themselves. I've dropped plates on this and it totally absorbs the impact and protects the floor well. Its super functional and competitively priced, making it a good value. I have a rack by Mikolo and its been great. Now I'm happy to have matching floor protection. Would definitely recommend!
