10/10 Product for Irregular periods
This is not a paid review!I have proper weight, no painful acne noted, but headaches, stress, chin hairs (worst part) and irregular periods obviously. I came across this product, and after researching about it I ordered. Started taking this on May 15th with milk (I saw their interview in which product owner was saying that this product works magically with milk), eating healthy food and doing yoga daily (specifically for pelvic and to reduce stress). I am about to finish my one bottle and clearly seeing the difference. Its been two weeks and I got my periods which got delayed/missed for 76 days. It has good taste, no foul smell, Quality is also good. Although its costly but worth it. Having cramps and sore breasts which are PMS symptoms. Otherwise its an amazing product 10/10.

Highly Disappointed – Overhyped Product, Not Worth the Money
I purchased AMRUTAM Nari Sondarya Chawanprash from Amazon for 1200 bucks after coming across a lot of positive reviews both here and on Instagram. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing like what was promised or advertised.Firstly, the biggest issue is the misleading claims regarding the quantity and duration. The brand claims that the 400g pack will last for 1.5 to 2 months with once-daily consumption. However, despite strictly following the recommended dosage (1 spoon daily), my jar got over in less than a month. This makes it extremely expensive and poor value for money, especially when people invest in such products hoping for long-term health benefits.Secondly, and more concerning, is the quality of the product. Every time I mixed it with water and consumed I noticed black stone-like residues at the bottom. This raised serious doubts in my mind about the purity and safety of the formulation. For a product marketed as Ayurvedic and natural, this was both surprising and disappointing. As someone who was hoping to find a natural remedy for PCOD, this product completely failed to meet expectations. Despite regular usage, I did not notice any improvement in my condition or general well-being. It honestly feels like a marketing gimmick, with paid promotions and exaggerated claims. In contrast, I have had a far better experience using Himalaya’s Evecare forte, which is not only more affordable but also showed visible results over time.Overall, I found this product to be a complete waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for genuine Ayurvedic solutions. Please don’t fall for the hype and heavily marketed reviews – look for trusted and proven alternatives instead.
