Q: How much of this for a 30 quart pot. Shrimp and crab boil.

Per the jar label: "will properly season 50# shrimp, 40# crawfish or 1 hamper (4-5 dozen) crabs"

Q: How much would you need to use for 29 qt pot?

I always mix at 50-50 with JO number two because if you don’t I find that it is so spicy hot that it’s intolerable. But you will love it 50-50 mix with J o number 2

Q: If i did 15 pound of crawfish, 10 pounds of shrimp, and 10 pounds of 10 pound of snow crab how much of this would i use?

Personally I would use 1/2 to 3/4 of this container and probably a packet of Zatarain's Crab Boil 3oz Bag, and 1- 8 oz bottle of ZATARAINS Crab and Shrimp Boil Liquid Concentrate.
