High quality, clean, and minimal design
This clock looks great! Very minimal and clean design similar to some of their watches. There aren't any noticeable noise coming from it at all. The second hand has a smooth motion just like any high quality automatic watches. When there's plenty of light through the day, the clock's numerals and hands glow pretty bright through the night. This makes it very easy to read in the middle of the night. I noticed this only works when there's a lot of light shining on it whether it be sunlight or from a lamp.Overall I'm very satisfied with this purchase!

Clean design, modern
This clock has a clean modern simple design. The sweep second hand is silent, unlike my Citizen of 30 years that has a tick each second. After 30 years it passed on. I was impressed with the box it came in, nice, and the wrapping reflected Seiko's love and care for their product. It does have some reflections due to the convex glass exterior but I can still tell the time and I'd rather have glass than plastic. The glow in the dark numerals are not bright but I don't really need it to be bright like a digital clock. I'd buy it again.

Stylish but not terribly accurate
I've owned this clock for a year now and despite its flaws I really do like it.The good: the face is clean and elegant, understated without being too minimalist. It complements your decor without either standing out or looking drab and boring. Very tasteful. I actually would like a watch with this same design and I'm sad Seiko don't make one. The clock movement is totally silent. You can't hear it at all unless you put your ear right up against it and even then it's barely audible. Battery life is also good, I'm 13 months and going strong on the Maxell AA battery the clock came with (I have plenty of AA batteries already but including one was a nice touch). I've seen some smooth second hand clocks with a bit of slop in the gearing so that as the second hand crests 12:00 and begins going "downhill" it will suddenly jump a few seconds as gravity begins pulling it down. There is none of that on display here: the movement is completely smooth across the dial. The bad: accuracy is pretty poor. I'd give it a C-. Just barely passable. The clock gains about 20 seconds a month. I'm a bit OCD about clocks showing the correct time so I find myself resetting it monthly. This would have been fine on a no-name cheap clock but I really expected better from Seiko of all companies (and this clock isn't exactly cheap). This is the least accurate wall clock I've owned, including some really cheap no-name ones. Disappointed. The neutral: the luminous hands and hour markers really do work but they need a fair bit of light to charge. They are dimly readable though at night. This didn't work as well as I thought it would but there are so few luminous wall clocks available that I can't really complain. The box is also really cheap but let's be honest who keeps their clock boxes around anyway? It served its function of keeping the clock intact until I opened it so I can't really complain there.Overall though the style and luminous dial does go a long way towards making up for the subpar accuracy. It's not bad at all if you don't mind pulling out the battery for about 20 seconds each month and letting the correct time catch up to what the clock says the time is. If you can live with +/- 1 minute then you would only have to do this four times a year. You'll have to reset it twice a year for DST anyway so it's not that onerous I guess.

Synchronicity and Beauty
It sounds crazy to love a clock but I can attest that I am madly in love with this work of art. The second hand sweeps smoothly and with a fluid grace on its track around the beautiful dial. It is silent and precise and a welcome addition to keep me on track and to remind me that time and money wait for no man...I am not sure about the glow in the dark feature, I have it in my office so I don't see it in low light - I can't attest to its low light luminance. If you have a fascination for time as I do, buy this mechanical device that is designed to run with the earth on its celestial path through the universe.

It is a nice modern wall clock
It is a nice modern wall clock. Super visible time in a day lights or room light. Not so much glowing in the dark, you have to be really close to it to see glowing elements, perhaps 5-6 feet. Cannot see glowing from my 20 feet bed distance, but that is what radio with digital clock is for.Keeps time very well, we enjoy the modern look and quiet work.Would recommend. Perfect for a smaller room or bedroom. 12" diameter.

Near-perfect wall clock, if only it was slightly larger.
An elegant Seiko wall clock. I'm quite particular how the face should look like (no digits, minimal colours), and this wall clock fits the bill.+ Absolutely quiet, clean looking design.- Spacing of hands and lines in the face is slightly narrow, but still readable. Thanks to Hour Loop for fulfilling this order for me!

What's nice about this is that it does not make any noise and it looks nice and modern. The luminous hands, imo, are both good and bad. Good because they aren't super bright and distract you. But also they are a little too faint for me to see them clearly. Maybe it is just me, but I have to look at the wall next to the clock to try to see the hands in the dark.

Elegant and Practical
I've only had this clock less than a week, but so far it keeps time perfectly. It is also completely silent, and I really like how it looks, simple and elegant. The hands and dial are luminescent for a surprisingly long time after dark, which is quite useful. Although you can buy a clock for less money, I think this one is well worth it.
