Will this fill 4 large letter foil balloons?

Hello, Yes it will fill them but the problem is that they use so little actual helium in the tank and balloons have a hard time staying up. It really is a ripoff. We filled 8 balloons the night before my sons birthday party and in the morning they were all on the ground. Buyer beware
