Q: Can we buy a pillowcase for this cervical pillow?

Love that my silk pillowcase also fits and can place my arms in cutouts. Has nice zippers to remove two covers for washing. And u can go to their website to buy a new one. Awesome pillow! Love em!

Q: I'm 5' 3". the pillow is too high to sleep on my back. I took the insert out & it still pushes my neck too high. Is there anything else I can do?

I am 5’3” about 118 and I REALLY like it. I still go to a chiropractor but Much less often. I have had neck issues since my 30’s (im now 70), but it is better than ever ( i am not attributing it all to the pillow, but I think it helps!). I’m a side sleeper mostly. I have trained myself to relocate myself in the center spot as needed…I have been using this pillow since last March -so almost a year. Just got on here today to order one for my partner.
