I love this product because it works like a prescription to take the edge off, but it is a natural product. My Nurse Practitioner told me about it years ago. It really works and does not interfere with any meds I take. I use it before public speaking, traveling by plane and just everyday anxiety. It makes you feel “in control” and competent to meet daily challenges especially if you have ongoing anxiety. Easy to swallow too.

Love this when I need to take it really calms me down during stressful situations. Wished is was lower in price as I would use it more.

I noticed that I was constantly in a foul/anxious mood (nursing school, no sleep, snoring hubby contributing) so I wanted a natural way to improve the life of myself and everyone unlucky enough to be in my path.I happened upon Calm-Aid and I have to say that I am much more tolerable with it. I wasn't expecting much, but it has really improved my sense of calm as evidenced by the fact that I no longer drive around and swear at all the other cars that are in my way in traffic!Not gonna lie, maybe my favorite side effect of this product is lavender-scented burps.

I do love this stuff. It doesn’t make you drowsy like other stress relievers. You do get “soap burps”. Tastes like lavender lol. But I don’t mind it.

This improved my situation, but does not make things perfect. I will gladly accept an improvement. It takes 2 weeks to get a noticeable effect.I recommend to not have milk or dairy within an hour before or after taking this. It causes me to burp lavender. It is not terrible, but it is avoidable.I have racing thoughts, especially at night. Every regrettable event in my life flashes though my head as I struggle to get to sleep. Yes, I’ve heard: yadda, yadda, meditation, yadda, yadda. Meditation improved things a little. The lavender has made a significant change. Instead of 100 memories, I can focus on one thought, and it is usually not a past event. Typically, it is just an unpleasant exchange such as having to deal with a recalcitrant car insurance company concerning a claim. (A relative had a recent experience which he handled badly. How would I do better?) This is a better problem than untamed old memories. My evening is less unpleasant.

I have mild anxiety that is enhanced as a side effect of other medication I take. These really help take the edge off the negative side effects and even give me a sense of calm that overrides the normal anxiety. It isn’t harsh, just a gentle calm, like a warm cup of tea. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a strange lavender taste after you swallow them, but I personally don’t mind it at all.

I was skeptical at first but once I tried Calm Aid, I slept like a baby. I purchased these by recommendation of my doctor. I was having trouble sleeping. It really calmed my mood and helped me sleep at night.
