A Life-Changing Read on Longevity
"Outlive: The Art and Science of Longevity" is an outstanding book that blends science, practical advice, and real-life insights into how we can live not just longer, but healthier and more fulfilling lives. The author breaks down complex medical and scientific concepts into simple, actionable steps—covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional well-being.What I loved most is that it’s not just theory—it’s a guide you can actually follow in everyday life. The book motivates you to take charge of your health in a sustainable way, without fad diets or unrealistic routines. It’s eye-opening, practical, and deeply inspiring.A must-read for anyone interested in healthy aging, preventive healthcare, or simply improving quality of life. It also makes a thoughtful gift for family and friends who want to invest in their long-term well-being.

Must read for everyone who wants to live healthy life
This was another must read book I came across. I am not a health freak but I definitely try to always improve and strive for better physical condition. I came across Dr Peter in Huberman lab podcast and I was immediately liked this guy's approach and thinking about healthspan. In that podcast he many times referred this book but it was not launched in India that time. So, I preordered it. BTW, out of approx 300 books I have read until now, this is the only book I have preordered. After reading it thoroughly, I can give u gist in 3-4 lines. Eat less carb and more protein and exercise as much as u can with maintaining your flexibility and stability. Sleep like baby for atleast 7-8 hrs ( I have already read ' Why we sleep', so importance of sleep was not new to me but it will definitely eye opening and life changing for many). And last and most important as per my opinion is emotional health, i.e., being a positive person with real healthy relationships of family, friends etc. Before reading this book, I had my own priority list for become and maintain healthy life and Dr Peter has substantiated it with his immense knowledge and experience. For benefit of all, the list as per their importance on health is as follow-1. Have a solid purpose in life.2.Being in good emotional health.3. Sleep.4. Exercise5. Nutrition ( how much carb, protein bla bla. You all know 😁😁)FIRST ONE, I have added is extra and not as per book and that is most important. If you have no reason to wake up in the morning and give ur 100%, I don't think rest of 4 things matter. So, finally, thanks again Dr peter for wonderful book.PS- Dr Peter also has his own podcast, available on amazon music if someone is interested.Stay blessed, stay healthy.😊😊

Good book to read
The book isn't just about extending one's life span to a century and beyond, it goes beyond that ... how to maintain vitality (healthspan) in the later years of life. Author starts by introducing 'The Horsemen's Diseases' (diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular and neuro-degenerative diseases) which 80% of the population is bound to experience in their lives, explains them and later states the measures one must take to delay/avoid them. The central theme of the book is 'prevention is better than cure' so the earlier you start the better it is.

A must read - medicine 3.0
The book’s core concept, termed "Medicine 3.0," emphasizes adopting a systems-based, preventive approach rather than sticking to outdated models of healthcare.Whether you’re already health-conscious or just beginning your journey toward better living, Outlive is a treasure trove of insights that inspires readers to take control of their health destiny. It's not just about adding years to your life—it’s about adding life to your years.

Book one should Read
A book everyone should read, it not only tells the facts but there are many things which blow my mind and got introduced with so many small things which we are doing in our life with minimal intention and for comfort which lately could cause chronic disease.I love this book and would say, for me so far this is book of the year
