Pottery is beautiful, even better than the pictures. Arrived on time and well packed; even so one cup was broken. I contacted the pottery and they responded immediately. I sent them a photo of the broken cup and they immediately sent a replacement. My husband and I love the set, he said the coffee tastes better in this pottery and I think he's right. Highly recommend both product and seller!
