ZOHD Dart Wing RC FPV Airplane UAV Drone Wingspan PNP Version Wingspan 635mm 25 inches

Short version - this thing is awesome!I have flown this Dart enough that I feel I can give it a fair review. My background is with fpv quads (drones) so I'm fairly new to wings. I started out with the ZOHD Orbit and had great success but eventually wanted more speed and acrobatics. Since I great success with my Orbit I turned to ZOHD again and bought the Dart.After it arrived I quickly installed crossfire receiver, my FPV gear, a 4s1p 2500mah li-ion, added a model to my radio and headed to the field. First throw floated 10ft straight in the dirt. A little throttle adjustment on the second throw and up it went. Launch mode took care of altitude and stabilization. Upon turning off launch mode it took a nose dive right in the ground. I repeated this 3 more times ultimately breaking the nose section in half. Luckily the rest of the plane is held together with strong magnets and suffered no damage. A few sticks of hot glue the plane was back together. Severely dissatisfied and feeling defeated I joined the ZOHD group on facebook. The members gave me a few pointers, reassured me the plane was awesome so back to the field I went. A few modifications to my COG, reflex, and throttle on launch this thing is now flying like a DREAM. Easily my favorite thing to fly right now. This Dart will do barrel rolls, power loops, low altitude speed passes, and has fantastic stall characteristics for such a small plane. Well worth every penny, except it takes some time to master for sure! I especially like the sweep forward design, which does make it's flying a little harder.

My experience with the ZOHD DartThe cool looking forward sweep wing design is what first got me interested in this aircraft.I have since flown it many times and I am not disappointed with the purchase. It is a great aircraft. Fast, maneuverable, supports stabilized flight.Other great features of this aircraft are:- EEP foam construction - Very durable and crash resistant. I have crashed my Dart hard a few times and simply glued it back without hardly any sign that it crashed.- Easy magnet attached removable wings and vertical surfaces - this nice feature to have in a plane. Allows you to transport the Dart unassembled also this parts will separate off the craft in case of a crash and help dissipate impact and lessen the chance of damage to the craft.- Stabilized Flight - I found this to be one of the standout features of this airplane. This aircraft comes with a pre-installed gyro stabilizer which is a great feature because it allows an advanced beginner to intermediate pilot to fly this aircraft in full stabilized 6g, Partial stabilized or manual mode just buy a minimum 4 channel receiver and configure your radio to select them.- Large Hatch bay = Large space accommodate components like additional FPV gear. <see picture>.Overall - I have had a great experience with this aircraft is build very strong and did not hesitate it to buy it again or recommend to other RC enthusiasts.

This isn't a first plane but a good second plane for you to get. It can fly fast but also slow down well. With the swept forward wings it is hard to stall. This is the v2 of the dart that has extra support on the tail section to help protect the motor section from breaking off in crash.

Plane is very easy to assemble. It's has excellent control ability. For the price it is an excellent buy. Would definitely buy another
