Great product
This wall mount does everything they advertise. I have two monitors, one and 32inch curved and a 27 inch flat that i have mounted vertically and had 0 issues with the application with this wall mount. They adjust with ease and stay where you put them. Install was easy enough with basic tools and some patience to make sure you get a secure mounting surface instead of using the anchors they provided. When i upgrade to a second 32inch curved i plan to purchase the 3 monitor mount from this company.

It just works.
I just installed this with a 24" (13 lb) monitor and had no problems at all. Everything seemed to work well. Others may have more stringent requirements, but it works fine for my needs. If I was forced to make a suggestion, it might be nice to have a paper template for the mounting holes, but it certainly is no a big deal.

Good for LG 34" ultrawide curved
It was an easy install and the product can hold the advertised weight. My only complaint is that the tilt screw is tightened all the way and the monitor still slowly creeps forward along the day.

Solid Build but Design Issue for this Price Range
I really like the build quality - feels solid, parts are heavy and appear well made, tension adjustments work and holds monitors in place well while still allowing free movement - as described. I read a lot of reviews, and some similar mounts in the $40-$70 range (vs $95 for this SIIG Wall Mount) had too many complaints about product quality. I've only had it for a few weeks, but so far, love everything about it...except one design issue: wall offset. In fairness to SIIG, other reviewers had chided them for the fact that in order for two monitors to be truly side-by-side (touching), they need to be 12" from the wall. So I was concerned enough about this that I even opened a chat session with one of their service reps and asked, and they told me that the monitors will be at least 5" from the wall (understandable), and may be more depending on the size and design of the monitor itself, but she couldn't tell me how much more or how I could learn more because there are too many variations in monitors. For 22" monitors shown here, the answer is about 12" from the wall. I have a large desk area but most desks I've seen are no deeper than 30" so losing 12" of this is a potential problem. For me, i'm not gaming or watching video, and don't need contiguous monitors, so I spread mine a bit to reduce the offset. If you want the seamless look then do your homework (or understand their return policy). That's my issue with the design, even though I knew this was a risk - I can't imagine a ton of applications where forcing the monitor to be a foot away from the wall makes any sense. Not for a very standard sized monitor. We don't hang pictures a foot away from our walls, or float a flat screen TV a foot off the wall, so why would we want to do this with a pair of wall-mounted monitors that are probably over a desk or workspace? A workspace we just spent $100 to free up, but now sacrifice the back 40% to the wall mount. I think some of the more expensive mounts address this issue, which sort of leave the SIIG with a questionable value proposition for many wall-mount applications. Knew it was a risk, and not a deal-killer for me, but would make me hesitate to recommend it to others.

Easy install, work as advertised
I purchased these to use for mounting scoring TV's in my axe throwing business. Installed easily and have worked great!

This does not even support a 27 inch PC monitor
The first lie here is the word PREMIUM. Nothing here is or feels premium. The supplemented tool is garbage, broke with a simple twist, when I wanted to tighten the tension adjustment screw. With tension adjustment at it's max the arm would still sink completely down with a lightweight 27 inch monitor attached. No chance to lift it even half an inch.Waste of money, I regret the holes I drilled in my wall.

Doesn't keep monitors stationary
I paid the extra money so I could have up and down range of motion. This feature was difficult to use and never held the monitors down in the right place. Sending back
