Tiny dried flowers, badly treated, turn into lumpy powder.
The lovely dried Immortelle should have been protected in a box, not packed into a plastic bag. I had to throw them out. When I tried to fill in the original form about my order (the first FAULTY order from Amazon EVER) your cleverly obstructive "form letter" deterred me. I was tempted never to shop on Amazon again because of this obstructive manipulation of a simple complaint, but we're still in the midst of the Pandemic and driving is not always an option, so. But I was so looking forward to those lovely yellow blooms on my kitchen windowsill. I asked for a refund but I suspect that will be ignored. Disappointed, Amazon, disappointed because I feel as if I alone in this past year, unable to go out much, I have kept you in business. Alas the mighty soldier falls ....

Allergic reaction
I opened the plastic bag to make an infused oil.Just touching the flowers causes me rash; it's very uncomfortable.So be careful buying this flower if you have sensitive skin.
