Congee whenever you want it.
I love congee. I use more water than you would expect when making this porridge, the rice will continue to absorb and I like a loose congee and not an oatmeal consistency. I usually add some thinly sliced Vidalia onion, some cilantro and if I have any leftover protein I will slice it thin and add it. I also like a splash of sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce.These are fine plain and easy to enhance.They make an excellent filling snack and is easy to carry with you. You can use water from a coffee/hot water dispenser to make this when you travel.I like both the chicken and the beef. I haven't tried the other flavors so have no opinion on them.I also like Vifon rice noodle package soups, both in the ramen shape bag and in the bowl.Enjoy

Great flavor
I love this. It’s easy to make and very tasty. I add an egg, cilantro, a little crumbled breakfast sausage and a few dashes of green hot sauce. Tastes amazing!

Great taste. Just don’t put too much hot water. Add little water and let the rice flake bloom for 2 minutes. The seasoning tastes great. I’ve tried all flavors of this Vafon brand and the chicken one tastes the best.

Fast and easy
Just add hot water and stir. Make rice porridge quickly with no hassle. Taste alright. I say the ones that come in a bowl is better though.

I eat it every day!
I love this porridge for breakfast! My "recipe":- Crack two eggs into a small bowl- Add a sprinkle of smoked paprika, salt and pepper- Cook in microwave for about a minute (eggs should be 3/4 cooked)- Add Vifon ingredients to bowl with eggs- Pour over with boiled water and let sit for three minutes. Egg white should be cooked but the yolk will be runny.It's not fancy but I can (and do) eat it every day. So yummy!

Tastes great and easy to make
The first time I had this, I had to get more. It reminds me of my parent's porridge and I could not get enough. I was so happy to find a box of this here. I can eat this as is or add chicken, lemon, pepper or anything else I desire and have an easy meal.
