Does guide tell how to make these projects or give basic circuits?

The guide is close to useless. They give sample circuits for 3 projects(circuits) and couple of variation by including switches. Those circuits include torch light using led. Fan using battery and motor and a buzzer. For the rest of the projects can be obtained by sending a what's app request to certain number given in the guide. Most of such projects shared via what's app requires much more stuff than what is sold in the box.
