This is my second Mars Flavia machine. My first one lasted seven years and is still going strong. I moved it to my vacation home and this one is in my main home. It's actually my third if you count the one I purchased for my mother. I know most people love the convenience of a K cup machine but to me this makes better coffee. Not many places you can walk into a store and buy this coffee but you're reading an Amazon review so you know how to order on line. I love the variety of flavors, to include cappuccino, hot chocolate, latte, tea, low roast, to very strong coffee. I can make my very bold French Roast coffee and the second I'm done my wife can make her Chai tea. Literally saves us hundreds from going to coffee houses every day and it's right there in my house. A good friend bought a bigger one for his work place and Gen whatever it is right now consider it a great perk

this is my third Machine, the last one lasted less than 2 years. That being said so far this one is an upgrade in style, my only complaint so far , you have to remove the drip tray if you are using a taller cup8-10 oz size will work with the tray in place. I order my coffee from ASAP Coffee and it is always a good value and taste grate

You can only put a standard coffee cup in it okay. If you take the tray out short tumblers still don't fit. But a jumbo coffee cup mightTastes better than competition.To the person that wants to make milk FROTH use the cappuccino button I'm not sure if you hold it down or just press it

Super loud and does t make a lot can't fit coffee cup in the area it's supposed to be

I bought this for my home after having used the larger, commercial version while my daughter was in the hospital. This machine is very efficient. It makes a great cup. It has a hefty water reservoir. I enjoy single cups versus a pot that sits and overcooks. Compared to the K-cups, the packets used here do not taste like paper or cardboard- in my opinion.

Bought this coffee maker after using one at a doctors office in waiting area. It works great. 2 times it would not work at all in the first month so I unplugged it, waited 30 seconds then plugged it back into socket. Has run perfectly every since. I have had it approximately 2 1/2 months. Seems to be fine now. It is durable and makes delicious drinks. Doesn’t hold a full gallon of water as stated but the small amount left in jug can be poured in after 2 cups of coffee are made. I can live with that. I am deducting 1 star because of the 2 reset times in first month and the description of water it holds at a time is incorrect. I would still recommend this coffeemaker. If I have further issues I will update.
