Always my go to for toddlers! So colorful and entertaining! Even older siblings get in on the fun and it’s fun to look at on the shelf!

Best toy!
One of my kids favorite toys. Doesnt weigh much, very colorful, and bright. Very sturdy and it gets thrown around a lot lol. My 3 and 9 year old love this toy. Comes apart for travel.

Highlight of Christmas morning
I purchased this last minute thinking I did not nearly have enough for my 16 month olds Christmas. I had seen videos on various social media platforms and decided we’d give it a shot and it has become a staple in her play already. She is able to problem solve when trying to get each gear on the stick and then is rewarded with watching them easily spin down. It is also easy for her to remove the gears as the stick comes off the base with ease and all the pieces are lightweight. The heavy duty plastic ensures it will last throughout her toddler era.

Much nicer than the knock-offs
This is a wonderful fun toy, and the quality is worth buying this original instead of the cheaper knock-offs.I hadn't realized I had inadvertently bought a knock off, I went and looked further after it arrived as the base was different than the one I'd played with at a childcare facility.I then bought the Fat Brain original version and compared them. The base works better, but the real standout is the hand feel of the discs. Fat Brain's are velvety, really nice soft tactile sensation. The knock off is simply a hard plastic feel. Nothing you'd take note of unless you felt the Fat Brain discs.I don't approve of knock-offs, and don't want to support intellectual and creativity thievery with monetary gain.I sent the cheaper knock off back and left a similar review.I really love the feel of these discs! The photos show the shiny knock off on the right, and the more matte finish of Fat Brain.

Great toy staple
This is one of those toy basics which will appeal to all kids from age 11 months to age three! There are cheaper versions available but because it’s likely be played with for a long time, I valued the heavier plastic in the original Fat Brain version. Babies like the stick….the disks…the colors…and of course everyone enjoys the magic of putting them altogether to watch them spin and fall to the floor.

Great for young children or those with learning disabilities.
Discs are multicolor and vibrant, so no complaints there. The texture is smooth but easily gripped, so those with hand mobility issues should be good to go. Its also engaging for physically therapy, helping with hand movement isolation for those working on issues like that. The sound of the discs spinning and clacking is something my sister with C.P. especially loves. The overall construction is great, with good quality plastics being used, nothing cheap that will feel like it'll crack after a bit of rough play. There's only one complaint, that being that the base doesn't lock-in, so its very tempting/easy to go to move it by grabbing that exposed bit of rod/shaft and the base to fall off, letting the discs slide back off. This may be an intentional design aspect, but can be somewhat annoying if your trying to pickup in a rush and have to stop to pick all the discs back up.

Has pros and cons.
This toy is such a hit in our house! My kids love watching the discs spin all the way down the pole, and it keeps them entertained way longer than I expected. The colors are bright and engaging, and it’s easy for little hands to stack and play. It’s also really sturdy my one-year-olds bang the pieces around and they’ve held up great. Even my four-year-old joins in and has fun with it. Definitely a toy that grows with them and worth the price!I don’t like the base that comes off from the pole. I’ve tried to glue it and use other options. It makes it hard for babies to stack sometimes because it comes off. I wish it would snap on and off. Or something, but sometimes it just falls off.
