I love this set. My daughter has sat and molded and re molded for literally hours.Clay starts out very firm (as clay does) but once you work it for a bit it become very pliable and soft.We made beads out of it (baked them) and they turned out great.

Due to the low price range I wasn’t expecting a whole lot from these clays but I was pleasantly surprised. They are easy to work with and once they have been baked I found that you can use acrylic paint and acrylic markers on them! This made doing detail work easy. You do have to knead them for a minute or so to get the clay softer. The smaller the dough piece that you are kneading the more likely you are to a tacky feeling on your finger tips and to have to smear. This comes off easily with soap and water and it does not smell (even while baking). The color palette is also pretty wide and you can do a lot with the amount and colors provided. The bake time on the directions is also helpful and if you are doing thicker pieces like I was doing 25-30 minutes total in the oven is fine. None of the pieces I did cracked.

I had not used this before and didn't know what to expect. It was easy to use and mold.The clay was affordable and a good way ro start making things with clay.

Order arrived quickly and undamaged. It was a cute cheap set. I would give three and a half stars if I could,but stayed with three. The reason is that despite that it arrived with sculp tools, I found some faults with the product itself.One is the colors are a bit off or not as vivid as true scuply, this I could have dealt with but it's when I baked my beads that the true lack of quality came to play. Unlike real scuply, the beads crumbled after I spent a few hours making them.. the clay does not stand up to the slightest pressure one would expect when threading a bead.For this reason it got three stars. It would be perfect for a child who is just starting out with art projects, but not for seasoned sculpy projects intended to last.

This is so worth the money! It even came with tools to work the clay and gave directions on baking the clay to make things 🩷 I bought to make earrings 🩷

The clay packs were not even bigger then a pinky finger in length. I had to use a touch of water and knead each of the packs for at least a good 7 - . Minutes for my 5 yr old grandson to use. Each one crumbled at 1st into tiny hard pieces 1st making it difficult to soften. My grandson works with clay frequently and was extremely disappointed in this product. I would Not recommended for use with younger children without the help from a stronger person.
