Just discovered einkorn which has become a favorite. I use the all purpose flour for sourdough bread. The berries I mix with my morning steel cut oats (I do soak them overnight.) Love the flavor and texture!

Great four that we use in all baking products. I have used thing for sourdough and starter and it works fine. Doesn’t upset tummy like other flours.

Great and hard to use because it’s soft. So if you’re making bread add an extra cup or so of flour than normal.

I am highly sensitive to gluten products but never tested positive for Celiac. At the recommendation from a friend, I tried this wheat. First, I made a loaf of yeast bread. I hadn't been able to do that in years. Even breathing in the flour dust would set my reaction into gear. It was wonderful and had none of the debilitating reactions I usually have.Yes, it is costly, but I will cut expenses on other things to keep this in my pantry. This wheat is a reminder of the wonderful provisions and sustenance created by God. Thank you, for bringing back this ancient grain.

The flour is freshly milled! I didn’t know that when I ordered. So it was a pleasant surprise.Very happy with the flour. Just learning to use einkorn. It’s a wetter flour.On my second bag.Recommend this for sure.
