These lights were packaged well. Decent product for the price. I would use these again

The wiring box is small. It can be a challenge if you are daisy chaining lights, to fit all the connectors in the supplied space.I liked the ability to lower the wattage and change the color temp.I will be buying more of these.

I understand we may have issues with this product, but to be honest with you, the company stands by their product. They read delivered and stood by, gave their word and came through.

These lights are absolutely wonderful and incredibly easy to install. Our old florescent lights/ballists were bad and it was so easy to replace them with these. The individual lights are very lightweight, however the pack of six requires 2 people to carry/load. Customer service is top notch as well with quick responses and excellent communication. You can’t go wrong with these lights. (I bought the 24”X24” ones too!)

The overall look and aesthetics of the lights are great. The feel of the light panels is kind of wobbly, just doesn’t have a solid feel to the fixture. Don’t get me wrong I love these lights. They have five color selections and five power settings. This makes it very easy customize your atmosphere for whatever room you put them in. Also with the option to wire them up to a dimmer switch is great. My better half said that’s her favorite feature. If you get a WiFi dimmer switch Alexa can set it to what ever setting you want. I had one issue with one of the panels but a couple of pictures and a few messages I had a new replacement in and wired up in a couple of days.Great product and wonderful customer service

Produces great light and easy wiring. EVERY LIGHT WAS DAMAGED! Even with metal corner supports on the box, every light had damage with box in good condition.

Really brightened up my basement, each light replaced 2 can lights in the drop ceiling, I have not installed a dimmer yet but I plan to. The metal box for the electric connection housing is a bit thin and the screw holding the electric box cover plate stripped on one of the lights, I used tape to help hold the electric box covers in place on all of the lights. My ceiling had 12 gauge wire run to the can lights, I re-used that wire, I think thinner 14 gauge wire would be better for these lights. The light is even across the panel. I would purchase these lights again.
