I have done the therapy years ago but lost my way a bit so decided to get the book again. Marcha Linehan has literally wrote the bible when it comes to bpd. Yes it is expensive but there is no other book out there that will have all the information in it like this one. Just a shame that they don't give the therapy in the UK
