Looks cool
I can't tell from the outside, but it looks like the yellow boots have red coloring on them? It might be that they are thinner than normal, and the red suit underneath is showing through. Other than that, looks great. Will have to open it to be sure.

Can't Guarantee Figure Is Mint
Action figure is reminiscent of '70s Mego figures. The figure was new, but it wasn't in perfect condition. Seems there is factory or manufacturing issue, the boots which should be all yellow has red smudges on it, as if dye of red costume mixed with it or something. Don't know how many Flash figures are affected, assume mine was anomaly. Hopefully your Flash boots won't have red on it.
