My favorite camera
I build virtual tours for a living. Between Amazon and other stores, I’ve purchased over 30 of these cameras. By far the best image quality for a single shot 360 camera, even better than many that cost more.

Great camera
Very nice camera, only negative is that the battery life runs down pretty fast. Very good quality photos for 360 photos and fairly easy to operate. Will buy another for sure.

Won’t Hold a Charge, even when sitting on a shelf.
This thing can’t hold a charge. I always charge my devices. Showed up to a shoot, only been two weeks since last use, and it was dead. Wouldn’t work. Wouldn’t turn on. Zero use in between last shoot and this one. Fully charged after last shoot. Last shoot ran the batter down to around 60%. So between last shoot and this shoot - about two weeks - this thing are 60% battery sitting on the shelf… that’s absurd.

Excellent Camera with Low Battery Life and batteries cannot be switched out.
The media could not be loaded. Excellent Quality, Low Battery Life (200-250 shots), No battery swapping, Recharge USB-C port inaccessible when mounted on monopod rendering it unable to charge while in use. Lenses also easily scratch. Great value for the money, but could use some improvements to battery-life and charging capabilities.

Gerat Improvement over other models.
I've had several model of the Ricoh Theta. Compared to the Theta V the picture quality is much better, especially in lower lighting. The Wifi connectivity is also much better than past models. It holds a connection much further away with more objects blocking the way too.I mainly use it for images of new construction rough-ins and finish homes. So far its been a huge improvement over the lower end models and I think its worth the extra cost.

It's ok
quality is good, battery life is terrible, connection is ok. lenses are not replaceable, so don't use Ricoh monopods, or you'll need a new camera.
