Annihilates Soap Scum, Not Great On Textured Surfaces
Our main bathroom gets a lot of use and sees a lot of showers, which means we also have a lot of soap scum buildup if I don’t keep after it. I’ve been using a scrub brush and the white eraser sponge on the market. Those white sponges break down so easily and leave little bits all over the tub. I was so excited to see Scotch Brite come out with a shower scrubber as a competing product. These scrubbies have made my cleaning so much easier for soap scum removal! They honestly annihilate soap scum on smooth, wipeable surfaces, like the shower walls and towel bar, and also helped me wipe out my jets (yes, we have a jetted tub combined with a full shower…not fun to clean). Where this new sponge didn’t perform well was on the non-slip textured tub floor. The tiny little floor grooves still need a scrub brush to get into the textured spots. I also feel the sponge on the back is a little too thick and soft and the entire thing could use more structure when wet. I like that it’s bendy and flexible, but it’s too soft when you want some strength getting around certain edges (like the sink drain). Despite some of these drawbacks, it’s leaps and bounds better at removing soap scum in most areas, but I still need a scrub brush for the shower floor. Four stars overall.

Works Great
We have dark gray grout in our shower that easily shows soap scum if I don’t keep up with it so I’m always looking for new products to make cleaning easier. I was happily surprised by how well these work! They also worked great on our glass shower doors.

Scum won't come off
It might help to remove soft recent scum and soap stains but don't expect crystal clear glass. Old scum will remain, it's a good sponge for "daily" usage but not a miracle product. It surely protects the glass from scratches and swirl marks.

It must be witchcraft
I seriously thought I’ve tried it all. All of the chemicals to break it down, the eraser pads, the goops, the drill brush attachments, painstaking elbow grease… I don’t know what this little magic this sponge wields but I did a spot test over the course of 30 seconds with just water and this sponge and it worked to remove everything in moments with no force required. So well that I decided to keep going and finish the job. It left a residue that I just sprayed with some normal cleaner and rinsed it down after with water. A final squeeze and it’s shiny and new. I will swear by these from now on! A tough job made super simple.

Don't spend a cent on these
It just gets greasy, not so good for the bath tub, just threw it all away. Btw, what is the thing with most American bathrooms? So basic, hard to clean without poisoning yourself, curtains, disgusting, mold, fake tiles???

Better than eraser sponges
After spending a fortune over the years on eraser sponges, this was suggested as an effective but gentle scrubber that lasts a lot longer than the single use eraser sponges. This product has lived up to that recommendation. I am able to clean the soap scum in the shower quickly and easily.
