Very handy to have
I do a lot of coloring pages. It has been hard to get a decent blue sky. I watched a Youtube video that showed how this worked and I had to try it. Whoa, I was So happy to see my splotchy skies blend into one beautiful color. It really works best if you have several layers of colored pencil down. Wax type. A small paintbrush dipped in this and brushed on will kinda melt the pencil colors and smoothly blend them. It looks like it is well painted afterwards. Great product as a good price.

Great!
At first i was terrified the oily wet spot would leave oily residue. It doesnt. Blends nicely but not on all papers or all pencils. A nano amount goes a long way. Light hand required.
