Good quality product. Value for money. It is appropriate for travel. It’s useful for neck sprain, elbow, ankle etc. it might not be useful for back or abdomen as the water bag is small in size. The water will stay hot for about 40 mins.

The product is cute and I hope this will not leak from its mouth, the print is beautiful and rate is also decent.Anyone wants to buy, buy two for hot and cold. Portability yes due to its size, used for pain relief.But the delivery Experience was very horrible the delivery bhaiya ji had given it to some other address. We had to hunt in this scorching heat and after a long time we could find our parcel that too kept at some other's house.Gajab hai bhaiya toh.
