How do you deflate it for storage?

I bought it late in the season last year, so I only deflated it once. I believe there is a little tab on the cap on the inflate valve. You insert the tab in the air hole and it keeps the vent open so you can squeeze the float to expel the air.

To return because are damage do we need to return the items?

I do. I push the center under my bum and get on that way.
