GI Joe Snowcat Military Vehicle Toy Construction Set, Building Kit (150 Total Pieces)

I was expecting cheap knock-off bricks. I read the reviews, I knew what I was getting. But even with my expectations at absolute rock bottom, I am still surprised at how bad this set is.The box is deceptively large, with a lot of cardboard padding inside to disguise the fact that it's mostly empty. This set has only 150 pieces (give or take, depending on if you were lucky enough to get them all). To be honest, the box art is the best part of this product.Several of the pieces are malformed and almost all of them have tabs and extra plastic from the molding process that need to be cleaned off. Hardly any of the pieces fit together well and some of them have defects so bad I didn't even recognize them and thought I was missing parts. The figures are flimsy and feel like they might snap or fall apart with even the most basic use, like bending their legs to sit down.Like I said, I was expecting cheap garbage, but even with that expectation, Hasbro outdid themselves. They hit the floor and started digging. I've seen bootleg sets with better quality control.1 star because it at least is interesting enough to inspire me to build a better version out of actual LEGO.

So the Snow Cat was one of my favorite GI Joe toys from my childhood. I was happy to find this when buying Christmas gifts for my son to play with. Overall, the look is okay for what is basically a small Lego toy. The downside is this doesn’t stick together well and some parts like the rear rocket launcher comes detached quickly and frequently. Tried glue but some pieces are only held by like two pegs and the glue only slightly helps but will still fall apart. The guy doesn’t fit in the driver seat either when you try to close the canopy. Also, building this is a terrible experience. I didn’t find it very easy and could’ve been a lot easier with less pieces which wouldn’t made it more sturdy. Expected a lot more.

Pieces dont fit properly. Some fall of, some are too tight. Super glue will fix the problem, but who wants to do that? Instructions are very vague and stickers are printed on paper. Very cheap, but I guess you get kinda what you pay for.

This product is just bad. Pieces don't fit together well. Falls apart easily. Poor instructions. Figures don't actually fit in the vehicle. Arms for one of the figures were deformed. Can't believe Hasbro would let this be done with the GI Joe license. Don't waste your time. You'll be disappointed.

This thing originally hit the market in discount stores for like $8. And it shows. Mine came with a defective figure. The pieces don’t really fit right and the guy doesn’t even fit in the seat. It’s not worth the $20 I paid. Which is too bad, I’d buy all of them if the quality were just a bit better.

These sets are a tremendous disappointment. They are the lowest quality building sets I've seen since the very early days of Mega Bloks 20+ years ago (Mega does much better today!). The pieces either are so stiff that they don't go together, or they're so loose that they don't hold. I got three of these for my nephews and they disliked them so much that they didn't even keep them. I'm a HUGE GI Joe fan so I was hopeful that these were an extension of Hasbro's old Kre-O line, but they're not. I'm not speaking to just one fluke set either... we opened the three small ones and they were all garbage.

There were at least 5 pieces that are misprinted. Some are so bad that the pieces are unusable. The design is so flimsy that it constantly breaks in the middle. The figure does not even fit into the cockpit or drivers seat. Very sad representation of Hasbro and Gi Joe.

I don’t know if this is a faulty set or if it’s just junk but the pieces don’t stay together and is a complete let down to my son :(
