I loved that the delivery arrived earlier than expected, it was delivered carefully, but it came with the wrong flavor, I ordered chocolate they gave me a vanilla flavored product.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience left me shocked and frankly disgusted.I bought Levels 100% Micellar Casein Protein expecting a clean, quality product. What I got instead was a container with a long hair embedded inside the powder. Yes, a human hair. Sealed, unopened, and sitting right there in the protein I was supposed to consume.Mistakes can happen, but what followed was even worse. I emailed Levels directly with a clear photo of the hair, my order info, and a polite message asking for a response. It's been over two weeks—no reply, no apology, no ownership. Just complete silence.For a company that claims to value quality and transparency, this is a joke. Contaminated product and zero accountability? I don’t know what’s worse—the fact that a hair made it into the final packaging, or the fact that nobody at Levels seems to care once you point it out.I’ll be warning others about this until someone from the company has the decency to respond. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a complete breakdown in trust.

Mixes well and tastes even better. Definitely my go to!

I enjoy this protien it works well. It's a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
